Do you remember the feeling when you first heard kratom was going to be banned by the DEA and FDA? We do! Now imagine that feeling x20, 25, 30, 50, because that is what we are looking at right now between states, cities and counties. If people do not step up and start advocating, all the effort by all the organizations and all the people through the years WILL BE WASTED!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Realistically we know, there are going to be a lot of people coming at us saying we are using this as a scare tactic and that\u2019s OK. We are looking at updated Legiscan bills plus city and county tracking everyday and it scares us. We all have too much time, effort, energy and yes, money, invested in this fight through the years, to go out with a whimper. We don\u2019t even care who you choose to support and volunteer with (although we of course would like it to be us), we simply are saying, pick someone. Do something. If you don\u2019t know what to do, ask. If you are unsure, ask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know that we, at the BAE, are VERY good at what we do. We\u2019ve been doing this for a very long time. We can not sit idly by and wait, but we MUST HAVE COORDINATED EFFORTS<\/span><\/strong> to fight these fights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You do not have to have prior knowledge to enter the advocacy arena. We have email templates, sample phone scripts, people that will help you write and send the emails, make the phone calls or even do in person appearances with you, in many of these locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want to reiterate that not all of these are bans\/potential bans, some are various regulations. This is just to show you how much activity is truly taking place across the United States in regards to kratom. We feel that there is no such thing as too much information, while it is easily accessible by searching, not everyone is able to make the time to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
