A regulatory approach ensures that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Consumer Safety<\/strong> is prioritized through mandatory laboratory testing and clear labeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protection of Minors<\/strong> is enforced through strict age-verification requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Economic Stability<\/strong> is maintained by keeping these products within a transparent, tax-paying retail environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regulation provides the state with the tools to manage these products effectively without infringing on the rights of responsible adults.
