2026 Legislative Updates:<\/strong>
State legislators debated SB 557<\/a>, targeting synthetic, chemically modified, and elevated 7-OH (semisynthetic) extracts while protecting natural kratom leaf. Future regulations are expected to focus heavily on product purity, accurate labeling, and age restrictions.
