The fight is not over. We need a massive grassroots response \u2014 show up and be heard.

The House Judiciary General Laws Subcommittee has just scheduled a hearing on H.4641 for Thursday, April 2nd, immediately upon the adjournment of the House. Our message must be unified and crystal clear: Oppose the ban, support the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA), and allow the federal government to complete their evaluation and review.

ACTION PLAN<\/strong>
Attend the Hearing & Testify In-Person (PRIORITY)<\/strong>

When: Thursday, April 2, 2026<\/strong> \u2014 starts immediately upon House adjournment (likely 12:00 PM \u2013 3:00 PM or later). We must show up in force this Thursday to ensure they hear us!<\/strong>
Arrive: 8:00 AM \u2013 9:00 AM<\/strong> (building opens ~8:00 AM; House convenes at 10:00 AM).
