Stand up and fight for your rights to use the botanical products that the earth has provided us to aid in health, wellness, healing, nutrition and much more. Through education, grass roots involvement and collaboration we can stand up and hold the Local, State and Federal government responsible for their legislation. Even one voice can make a difference. Are you willing to be that voice?

  1. I am certainly willing! It is frustrating to see, repeated efforts of likely debunk-able claims that their sons, daughters, spouses have been harmed, addicted, and even killed by what is called “kratom”, though usually, there are many more potentially addictive or deadly drugs involved, which are ignored.

I’m tired of seeing these campaigns by groups pressuring for lawmakers to ban kratom on the basis of one person’s willfull misuse of this helpful herb, when it is used with personal responsibility and the wisdom to not overdo it.

Nevertheless, policymakers ignore that the federal and international drug control agencies have studied — and failed to justify — criminalizing kratom. Generally, since these bodies have access to all the science concerning the plant, and yet, they have not found the evidence supported banning natural herbal kratom. So, wwhy are cities, counties, parishes, and states continue to welcome thes wasteful efforts to criminalize kratom?

It seems to me that some powerful possibly industry groups, competitors, are using these groups and individuals, who may have financial gains in mind, to waste both their time and impassioned advocates to need to fight again and again the already established truth?

How can this be a democracy, when monied competing industries seem to be able to continually make us fight for our right — and responsibility — to use this plant for our benefit? Banning the use of legal plant medicines for the majority ends up being rule by the plutocrat minority of monied competitors.

How is this good public policy in a free country? Plant medicine consumers may need to form a Political Action Committee.
