Akuamma
Akuamma is a tree native to Africa. The seeds contain a complex mixture of indole alkaloids, the most abundant of which is akuammine. Used in African traditional medicine, the crushed seeds or powder are taken orally primarily as a painkiller (analgesic), to treat malaria and diarrhea, and as an anti-inflammatory and fever reducer.

Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), is an herb widely used for centuries in Ayurveda, the traditional medicine in India. It is an adaptogen, which means it helps the body cope with stress. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immune-boosting properties.

CBD
CBD (cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring compound found in the cannabis plant. It is one of over 100 cannabinoids, which are chemicals unique to cannabis. Non-psychoactive: CBD does not produce a “high” like tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the main psychoactive component of cannabis. Derived from hemp: Most commercially available CBD products are derived from hemp, a variety of cannabis with low THC levels. Kratom, Mitragyna speciosa, is not an opiate. It is a tropical evergreen tree of the Rubiaceae family, a family which includes coffee, that is native to southeast Asia. Moringa oleifera is native to northern India and used extensively in South and Southeast Asia. Moringa is known as the miracle tree. This is because the entire tree has medicinal and nutritional value from the leaves, stem, bark, sap, oil, roots and seeds. Traditionally, the plant is used to cure wounds, pain, ulcers, liver disease, heart disease, cancer, and inflammation.

Mullein
Mullein, Verbascum thapsus, has been used for centuries in traditional medicine for respiratory ailments and other conditions. It is native to Europe and Asia. The leaves, flowers, and roots are most commonly used to treat respiratory ailments, infections, and other conditions. It can be consumed as a tea, extract, oil, or cream.

Turmeric
Turmeric comes from the root of the Curcuma longa plant, a relative of ginger. Used for centuries in traditional Indian and Chinese medicine. Turmeric’s potential health benefits are primarily attributed to curcumin, its main active compound, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
