ALERT: 2nd Hearing for SC Kratom Ban (H.4641) — THIS Thursday, April 2nd
The fight is not over. We need a massive grassroots response — show up and be heard.
The House Judiciary General Laws Subcommittee has just scheduled a hearing on H.4641 for Thursday, April 2nd, immediately upon the adjournment of the House. Our message must be unified and crystal clear: Oppose the ban, support the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA), and allow the federal government to complete their evaluation and review.
ACTION PLAN
Attend the Hearing & Testify In-Person (PRIORITY)
When: Thursday, April 2, 2026 — starts immediately upon House adjournment (likely 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM or later). We must show up in force this Thursday to ensure they hear us!
Arrive: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (building opens ~8:00 AM; House convenes at 10:00 AM).

Go directly to Room 516 — sign-up is first-come, first-served, same-day. Wait to be called. Speak for 2–3 minutes using the talking points below. Pro tip: Bring water, snacks, and printed testimony. Parking is limited.
