Marisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from King’s College and has a deep love for writing and photography. Her career highlights include serving as a member of the White House Press Pool and covering Pope Francis’s visit to New York City. Marisa also served as an executive for one of the largest non-profits in the country where she focused on growth outcomes measurement and fund development. As a prolific writer, Marisa has contributed numerous articles to a Botanical digital magazine and authored a popular blog for those embarking on their botanical journey. She credits botanicals with transforming her life and alleviating a debilitating pain condition.
Residing in the northeastern US with her husband and daughters, Marisa is also a devoted cat mom and a proud grandmother to her beautiful new granddaughter.
